With RIFC's inaugural season in the books, we now turn our collective attention to the offseason. This tracker will be used as a central hub for info on roster moves, team news and larger USL thoughts if deemed useful.

The following players will be returning to Rhode Island FC for the 2025 USL Championship campaign as part of already agreed upon contracts:

• Stephen Turnbull - has since departed for Birmingham Legion
• Grant Stoneman
• JJ Williams
• Albert Dikwa “Chico”
• Jojea Kwizera
• Zachary Herivaux
• Marc Ybarra
• Karifa Yao - has signed multi-year contract extension

Options exercised, returning for 2025:

• Noah Fuson - has signed multi-year contract extension
• Clay Holstad - has signed multi-year contract extension
• Frank Nodarse - has signed multi-year contract extension
• Jackson Lee
• Joe Brito

Options declined, in talks to return:

• Kevin Vang - has agreed to rejoin the club
• Amos Shapiro-Thompson - has agreed to rejoin the club
• Isaac Angking - has agreed to rejoin the club
• Kofi Twumasi - signed with El Paso Locamotive

Returning to parent club:

• Morris Duggan
• Jack Panayoutu

Options declined, will not return:

• Nathan Messer - signed with Portland Hearts of Pine
• Mark Doyle - signed with One Knoxville
• Gabriel Alves - signed with South Georgia Tormenta
